  15. Desktop Solutions warrants the physical diskette(s) and physical
  16. documentation provided with registered versions to be free of defects in
  17. materials and workmanship for a period of ninety days from the date of
  18. registration.  If Desktop Solutions receives notification within the
  19. warranty period of defects in materials or workmanship, and such
  20. notification is determined by Desktop Solutions to be correct, Desktop
  21. Solutions will replace the defective diskette(s) or documentation.

  23. The entire and exclusive liability and remedy for breach of this Limited
  24. Warranty shall be limited to replacement of defective diskette(s) or
  25. documentation and shall not include or extend to any claim for or right
  26. to recover any other damages, including but not limited to, loss of
  27. profit, data, or use of the software, or special, incidental, or
  28. consequential damages or other similar claims, even if Desktop Solutions
  29. has been specifically advised of the possibility of such damages.  In no
  30. event will Desktop Solutions's liability for any damages to you or any
  31. other person ever exceed the lower of suggested list price or actual
  32. price paid for the license to use the software, regardless of any form
  33. of the claim.
